Mediators are ordinary men and women who have been professionally trained to help with neighbours.
They are all volunteers; they do not take sides, nor do they make judgements on the rights and wrongs of the issues.
The mediators will not tell you what to do, or solve your problems for you – they will assist you with finding a way forward and finding a solution to the problems.
Becoming a community mediator is an exciting and stimulating activity.
